Catalytic Converters

Catalytic converters were added to automobiles in the U.S. market in 1975. The converter was created as a result of a need to reduce air pollution, which our millions of cars on the road were all producing.
Converters are used to reduce the toxicity of emission from an internal combustion engine into less harmful emissions before they leave the car’s exhaust system.
